Core Educational Services is a comprehensive professional development company that provides professional development and for educators and youth care workers. Core was founded by Jonathan "Larry" Ballew who has served as an instructional aide, teacher, assistant principal, principal, and superintendant.
After trying to find suitable professional development services for inner-city school teachers and staff that would give them the insights they needed to excel in an inner-city workplace, Larry started Core as a on-person show. Once other educators wanted to provide their experience in city schools, Core grew to work with a variety of individual consultants and schools that help foster a community of inner-city educators.
